Oh what a game.
The Scallywags do the Monsters dirty and win by a mere 0.02 points on Monday Night. That’s less than 1 yard! Congrats to the Scallywags on advancing to 2-0, but oh those poor Midway Monsters drop to 0-2.
This is now the closest game in our league history. The Monsters were on the winning side of the second closest game ever (0.05 points).
What makes it all worse is that this marks the second straight week that the Monsters have lost by less than a point. Last week, the GB Gamblers took them down by a score of 115.44-115.08. That’s rough.
