The #1 seeded GB Gamblers face off for the next 2 weeks against a determined Darque Warriors team. It’s no secret the Gamblers lean on Patrick Mahomes and their high scoring offense. However, the Warriors have shown that they can light up the scoreboards as well. If Chris Carson can get back on track and Dalvin Cook can add to his impressive season, the Gamblers will have their hands full.
Our other matchup is the Irish Pride hosting the #3 seeded Top Dawgs. The Irish have a chip on their shoulder as they lost their #1 spot in the final week of the regular season. With Christian McCaffrey still on the mend and their elite TE George Kittle out for the season, the Irish hope that the “next man up” mentality will hold up. Their stable of WRs are solid, with AJ Brown and DeAndre Hopkins being capable of dominating. Their key will be the RB and FLEX spots. These two areas will need to step up to keep up with the Dawgs’ Nick Chubb and the Russell Wilson / DK Metcalf stack.
