๐ŸŽฐ THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE: GREEN BAY STANDS ALONE AT 4-0

Week 4 started with two undefeated teams. It ended with one.

Corey’s GB Gamblers didn’t merely survive the Game of the Weekโ€”they dropped a league-high 133.68 on The Pimps behind the RB1 and WR1 of Week 4. Meanwhile, the Top Dawgs finally converted all those points into another win and handed Tacoman its first loss. Suddenly, the Gamblers are sitting alone atop Crunchtime at 4-0.

Elsewhere, Dennis finally broke through with JBY’s first victory, Midway’s 0-2 start officially disappeared beneath a two-game winning streak, and Darque quietly moved to 3-1. Miami is now the league’s lone winless team.

And then there’s Ben.

We’ll get to Ben.

๐Ÿ† GAME OF THE WEEK

๐ŸŽฐ GB GAMBLERS 133.68

๐Ÿ’ฐ THE PIMPS 110.50

Corey Doesn’t Just Survive the Game of the Week โ€” He Takes Over Crunchtime

Well, so much for wondering whether the Gamblers 3-0 start was legitimate.

Corey entered Week 4 undefeated but with only 290.70 points scored, while Ben brought in Crunchtime’s highest-scoring team and a 14-11 lifetime advantage over the Gamblers.

Then Corey unleashed Kenneth Walker III and Tetairoa McMillan.

Walker ran for 177 yards and two touchdowns on his way to 30.9 points and RB1 for Week 4. McMillan was somehow even better: 14 catches, 192 yards, two touchdowns and 32.2 points โ€” WR1.

That’s 63.1 points from two starters.

Tee Higgins added 16.7, Lamar Jackson scored 22.88, and Corey finished with the highest team score of Week 4 at 133.68.

Ben didn’t exactly roll over. CeeDee Lamb exploded for 25.3 and WR2, Jonathan Taylor scored 21.7 and Dak Prescott added 21.1.

Unfortunately, there was a small problem sitting on Ben’s bench.

His name was Kyle Monangai.

Monangai erupted for 28.0 points and RB2, while David Montgomery scored only 4.3 in Ben’s starting lineup.

The difference?

23.7 points.

Gamblers margin of victory?

23.18 points.

Oh no.

Had Ben started Monangai over Montgomery, The Pimps would have scored 134.20 and beaten GB 134.20-133.68.

By 0.52 points.

Instead, Corey is 4-0.

Somewhere, Kyle Monangai is sitting comfortably on Ben’s bench holding the receipt.

๐Ÿ† THE POSTGAME HARDWARE

๐ŸŽฐ Players of the Game โ€” Kenneth Walker III & Tetairoa McMillan
Why choose? Corey started RB1 and WR1 in the same lineup. Walker scored 30.9, McMillan 32.2, and together they produced 63.1.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Pimps Player of the Game โ€” CeeDee Lamb
WR2 with 25.3 points. Seventeen catches and 189 receiving yards kept Ben within striking distance.

๐Ÿช‘ Bench Blunder of the Week โ€” Kyle Monangai, The Pimps
RB2. 28.0 points. Bench. The lineup swap would’ve turned a 23.18-point loss into a 0.52-point win. This award was not particularly difficult to select.

๐Ÿ”ฅ SERIES UPDATE

The Pimps still lead the lifetime rivalry, but Corey cuts it to 14-12.

More importantly:

GB Gamblers: 4-0.

The last perfect team in Crunchtime.

๐Ÿถ TOP DAWGS 107.38

๐ŸŒฎ TACOMAN9000 96.08

The Dawgs Still Own the Taco Stand

Hector entered Week 4 undefeated.

Scott entered Week 4 undefeated against Hector.

We knew one of those zeros had to disappear.

It wasn’t Scott’s.

The Top Dawgs improved to a perfect 4-0 lifetime against Tacoman9000, handing Hector his first loss of 2026 with a 107.38-96.08 victory.

This wasn’t another 139-point explosion from the Dawgs. It was a much more balanced effort. Jared Goff scored 24.48, Zay Flowers delivered 18.8 and WR6, and Brock Bowers led all Crunchtime tight ends with 14.6 points โ€” TE1 for Week 4.

Jahmyr Gibbs cooled considerably after last week’s RB1 explosion but still added 13.7.

Hector actually made a major change from the early-week lineup we saw: Puka Nacua made it into the starting lineup, and it paid off. Puka scored 19.7 and finished WR5. Chuba Hubbard was even better, producing 25.9 and RB6.

The problem was quarterback.

Matthew Stafford started and scored only 10.68, while Jalen Hurts scored 17.52 on Hector’s bench.

George Kittle also had 13.0 on the bench while Trey McBride scored only 3.1.

There were enough points on Hector’s roster.

Just not enough in the correct boxes.

๐Ÿ† THE POSTGAME HARDWARE

๐Ÿถ Player of the Game โ€” Jared Goff
His 24.48 led Scott’s starting lineup and provided the steady performance the Dawgs needed.

๐Ÿฅ‡ Positional King โ€” Brock Bowers
Six catches, 86 yards, a touchdown and 14.6 points made Bowers the TE1 in all of Crunchtime for Week 4.

๐ŸŒฎ Taco Standout โ€” Chuba Hubbard
25.9 points and RB6. Hector didn’t lose because Hubbard failed him.

๐Ÿช‘ Bench Blunder โ€” Jalen Hurts
Hurts outscored Stafford by 6.84 points. That switch alone wouldn’t have erased the 11.30-point deficit, but combined with Kittle’s advantage over McBride, Hector had a winning combination sitting on his bench.

๐Ÿ”ฅ SERIES UPDATE

Top Dawgs now lead Tacoman 4-0 lifetime.

Hector’s perfect season is over.

Scott’s perfect record against Hector isn’t.

The Taco Stand remains Dawg property. ๐Ÿถ๐ŸŒฎ

๐Ÿˆ JOE BUCK YOURSELF 116.68

โ˜˜๏ธ IRISH PRIDE 81.62

DENNIS HAS LEFT THE WINLESS CLUB

It took four weeks, but Joe Buck Yourself has officially located the win column.

And Dennis didn’t sneak into it.

He kicked the door down.

JBY demolished Irish Pride 116.68-81.62, a 35.06-point margin โ€” the biggest blowout of Week 4.

Kyren Williams was the centerpiece, producing 26.7 points and RB4. Malik Nabers added 18.2 and WR8, while Will Reichard apparently decided kickers deserve headlines too, scoring 19 points to finish K1.

That’s three top-eight positional performances in Dennis’ starting lineup.

And remember the quarterback controversy?

Dennis actually followed through. Trevor Lawrence replaced Justin Herbert and scored 15.08. Herbert had 11.56 on the bench.

Not spectacular.

But Dennis finally pushed the correct button.

Rich also made his much-discussed quarterback switch. After Brock Purdy’s 39.28-point QB1 performance sat on the bench last week, Purdy got the Week 4 start and scored 23.62.

Josh Allen scored 20.52 on the bench.

So Rich finally picked the right quarterback.

And lost by 35.

Fantasy football has an excellent sense of humor.

Irish actually had a monster performance from Javonte Williams, who scored 26.3 and finished RB5. Christian McCaffrey added 13.0.

The rest of Rich’s starting lineup combined for only 18.7 points.

That’ll do it.

๐Ÿ† THE POSTGAME HARDWARE

๐Ÿˆ Player of the Game โ€” Kyren Williams
Ten receptions helped Williams reach 26.7 points and RB4, giving Dennis the centerpiece of his first victory.

๐Ÿฆต Secret Weapon Award โ€” Will Reichard
K1 with 19 points. When your kicker outscores almost everybody on the opponent’s roster, life becomes considerably easier.

โ˜˜๏ธ Irish Pride Player of the Game โ€” Javonte Williams
RB5 with 26.3. He accounted for nearly a third of Irish Pride’s entire score.

๐Ÿ˜‚ The โ€œFine, We Fixed Itโ€ Award โ€” Rich
Purdy started. Purdy outscored Allen.

There. We can’t yell at Rich about his quarterback this week.

We’ll have to find something else.

๐Ÿ”ฅ SERIES UPDATE

The rivalry entered Week 4 tied 2-2.

Dennis now takes the lead:

Joe Buck Yourself 3-2 Irish Pride.

And considerably more important to Dennis:

0-3 is now 1-3.

๐Ÿ† MIDWAY MONSTERS 109.44

๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ SCALLYWAGS 79.60

Uh-Oh. The Champs Might Be Back.

Two weeks ago, the defending champion Midway Monsters were 0-2.

Today they’re 2-2.

And Week 4 wasn’t particularly close.

Tim hammered McE 109.44-79.60, giving Midway consecutive victories and suddenly making that ugly start feel considerably less important.

The formula was pretty simple:

Bijan Robinson โ€” 27.7, RB3.
Nico Collins โ€” 24.8, WR3.
Jake Bates โ€” 18.0, K2.

That’s 70.5 points from three starters, or roughly 64.4% of Midway’s entire score.

That’s also an interesting bit of symmetry: Tim started the No. 3 running back and No. 3 wide receiver in the same week.

Tyler Shough followed his QB4 explosion from Week 3 with another respectable 17.94.

McE never found a counterpunch. Patrick Mahomes led the Scallywags with 21.0, Derrick Henry scored 13.9 and Aaron Jones added 12.8, but no other Scallywags starter reached 12.

The Scallywags have now followed a 2-0 start with consecutive losses.

Midway has done the exact opposite.

๐Ÿ† THE POSTGAME HARDWARE

๐Ÿ† Player of the Game โ€” Bijan Robinson
Another elite week: 27.7 and RB3. Bijan has now finished RB2 and RB3 in consecutive weeks.

๐ŸŽฏ Bullseye Award โ€” Nico Collins
Seven catches, 118 yards, two touchdowns and 24.8 points โ€” WR3.

๐Ÿฆต Bonus Weapon โ€” Jake Bates
18 points and K2. Tim got elite positional production from RB, WR and kicker.

๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ Dud of the Game โ€” Dalton Kincaid
A starting-lineup award, as promised: 0.7 points from the tight end spot. That’s not much treasure.

๐Ÿ”ฅ SERIES UPDATE

Midway extends its lifetime advantage over the Scallywags to 18-10.

More importantly, the defending champions have erased their 0-2 start.

Midway: 0-2 โ†’ 2-2.
Scallywags: 2-0 โ†’ 2-2.

Two ships passing in very different directions.

โš”๏ธ DARQUE WARRIORS 101.12

๐Ÿƒ MIAMI JESTERS 92.68

Darque Quietly Moves to 3-1

While the Gamblers are grabbing headlines and the Dawgs are knocking off undefeated teams, Brad has quietly assembled one of the best records in Crunchtime.

The Darque Warriors survived Miami 101.12-92.68 and improved to 3-1.

Joe Burrow led the way with 27.72 points and QB4, throwing for 428 yards while also adding a rushing touchdown. Quinshon Judkins scored 15.6, Chris Olave added 12.6, and the Seattle D/ST finished D/ST2 with 12 points.

Miami actually gave Brad a fight.

Emanuel Wilson delivered 24.0 points and RB8, James Cook added 14.3, and Ka’imi Fairbairn scored 16 points to finish tied for K3.

But Miami couldn’t overcome a receiving corps that produced almost nothing. DJ Moore scored 1.7, Mike Evans 7.6 and Tyler Warren 4.1.

Justin Jefferson was unavailable, so there’s no managerial roast coming for the zero sitting on Miami’s bench.

Sometimes the lineup simply doesn’t have enough ammunition.

๐Ÿ† THE POSTGAME HARDWARE

โš”๏ธ Player of the Game โ€” Joe Burrow
QB4 with 27.72 points. Brad needed most of them in the closest game of Week 4.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Defensive Difference โ€” Seattle D/ST
12 points and D/ST2. In an 8.44-point victory, that’s meaningful.

๐Ÿƒ Jesters Player of the Game โ€” Emanuel Wilson
24.0 points and RB8. Miami found production from an unexpected place; it just couldn’t find enough elsewhere.

๐Ÿ”ฅ SERIES UPDATE

Darque extends its lifetime lead over Miami to 16-9.

Brad is now 3-1.

Miami falls to 0-4 and becomes the only remaining winless team in Crunchtime.

๐Ÿ“Š CRUNCHTIME STANDINGS AFTER WEEK 4

And here comes perhaps the funniest statistic in the standings:

The Pimps are 2-2 and still lead the entire league with 474.40 points scored.

Top Dawgs are second in scoring at 459.36 and are also only 2-2.

Meanwhile, undefeated Gamblers have scored 424.38.

Corey would presumably like everyone to direct complaints to the standings department.

๐Ÿ… WEEK 4 CRUNCHTIME HONOR ROLL

Week 4’s positional crowns, using Crunchtime’s actual ESPN scoring:

๐Ÿˆ QB1 โ€” Drake Maye, 32.16 โ€” free agent
๐Ÿƒ RB1 โ€” Kenneth Walker III, 30.9 โ€” Gamblers
๐ŸŽฏ WR1 โ€” Tetairoa McMillan, 32.2 โ€” Gamblers
๐Ÿ‘ TE1 โ€” Brock Bowers, 14.6 โ€” Top Dawgs
๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ D/ST1 โ€” Giants, 14.0 โ€” free agent
๐Ÿฆต K1 โ€” Will Reichard, 19.0 โ€” Joe Buck Yourself

Corey deserves special recognition here.

Gamblers started both RB1 and WR1 in the same lineup during the Game of the Week.

That’s about as good as roster construction gets.

๐Ÿช‘ THE WEEK 4 BENCH REPORT

There’s one obvious winner here.

Kyle Monangai โ€” 28.0, RB2 โ€” Pimps bench.

Again:

Ben lost by 23.18.

Monangai outscored starting FLEX David Montgomery by 23.7.

That one substitution would’ve produced a 134.20-133.68 Pimps victory.

There were other bench pointsโ€”Bryce Young scored 26.46 for Midway, George Kittle had 13.0 for Tacoman, Romeo Doubs scored 17.8 for the Dawgsโ€”but none changed the story quite like Monangai.

This isn’t hindsight nitpicking over three points.

This was literally the difference between ending GB’s perfect season and watching Corey walk out of Week 4 as the league’s lone 4-0 team.

Congratulations, Ben.

You may have already clinched Bench Blunder of the Year in October. ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿ”ฅ THE STATE OF CRUNCHTIME

Four weeks have already produced some beautiful contradictions.

Gamblers are the only undefeated team. Corey is 4-0 and now has the signature victory to go with it.

The Pimps lead the league in scoringโ€”and are 2-2.

Top Dawgs are second in scoringโ€”and are 2-2.

Midway started 0-2โ€”and is suddenly riding a two-game winning streak.

Scallywags started 2-0โ€”and is suddenly riding a two-game losing streak.

Darque is quietly 3-1.

JBY finally won.

And Miami is now alone at 0-4.

Four weeks down, and the standings are already starting to develop personalities.

Gamblers have the record everybody wants.

The Pimps have the points everybody wants.

The defending champs are climbing back into the picture.

And somewhere in Ben’s lineup history sits a little 28.0 next to Kyle Monangai’s name.

That’s the kind of number that follows a man around.

๐ŸŽฐ ONE PERFECT TEAM REMAINS.

Gamblers 4-0. Everybody else is officially chasing Corey.

Welcome to the end of Week 4. ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿ”ฅ
