Three weeks into the season, the standings are beginning to develop some personality.
Week 3 gave us a 139-point explosion from a previously winless team, two undefeated teams moving to 3-0, the defending champions finally getting into the win column, and several lineup decisions that some managers would probably prefer we didn’t discuss.
Unfortunately for them, that’s exactly why we’re here.
Week 3 also wasn’t particularly interested in close games. Three of the five matchups were decided by more than 40 points, including a Top Dawgs performance that reminded everyone how quickly things can change in fantasy football.
Let’s get into it.
🐶 TOP DAWGS DROP 139 ON THE PIMPS
Top Dawgs 139.56 — The Pimps 88.94
Well, that escalated quickly.
The Top Dawgs entered Week 3 at 0-2 and responded by putting together the highest-scoring performance of the week, dropping 139.56 on a Pimps team that entered the matchup undefeated. Scott didn’t squeak out his first victory—he won by 50.62 points.
The centerpiece was Jahmyr Gibbs, who erupted for 34.4 points and finished as the RB1 for Week 3. Jared Goff added 23.36, Drake London finished as WR2 with 20.4, Jaylen Warren scored 18.6 and Deebo Samuel Sr. chipped in 15.4. Five Top Dawgs starters reached at least 15 points. Even Brock Bowers’ 18.6 on the bench wasn’t needed.
Ben never found enough firepower to answer. Dak Prescott provided 20.94 and Bhayshul Tuten scored 15.0, but Jonathan Taylor managed only 7.2, Amon-Ra St. Brown 7.9 and David Montgomery 4.8. Bo Nix scored 28.14 on the Pimps’ bench, but when you’re losing by more than 50, changing quarterbacks is basically rearranging the deck chairs.
🏆 THE POSTGAME HARDWARE
🐕 PLAYER OF THE GAME — Jahmyr Gibbs
34.4 points. RB1. Gibbs delivered the best running back performance in Crunchtime this week when Scott needed it most.
🔥 DOUBLE TROUBLE — Gibbs & Drake London
RB1 and WR2 in the same starting lineup. They combined for 54.8 points, which was apparently just the opening act.
😴 DUD OF THE GAME — David Montgomery
After some big performances earlier this season, Montgomery managed just 4.8 points. Against a team scoring 139.56, that’s bringing a water pistol to a flamethrower fight.
🪑 WOULD’VE LOOKED NICER AWARD — Bo Nix
Nix scored 28.14 on Ben’s bench compared with Dak’s 20.94. It would’ve added 7.2 points to the Pimps’ total.
They would’ve lost by only 43.42 instead.
Much better. 😂
📊 CRAZY STAT
The Top Dawgs scored 139.56 despite leaving Brock Bowers’ 18.6 points on the bench.
After an 0-2 start, Scott didn’t just get his first win.
He kicked the door off the hinges.
🏆 THE DEFENDING CHAMPS ARE FINALLY ON THE BOARD
Midway Monsters 111.70 — Irish Pride 102.56
There was a little extra championship weight attached to this one. Midway Monsters and Irish Pride account for the last five Crunchtime championships—Midway winning in 2021, 2022 and 2025, with Irish Pride taking the crown in 2023 and 2024. After opening their title defense with two straight losses, the Monsters badly needed this one.
Tim got it behind two enormous performances. Bijan Robinson erupted for 34.3 points, finishing as RB2 for Week 3 and missing RB1 by just 0.1, while Tyler Shough delivered 31.8 points, good for QB4. Christian Watson added 15.6, giving Midway 81.7 points from Shough, Bijan and Watson alone. The rest of the Monsters’ starting lineup combined for only 30 points, but when your quarterback and running back combine for 66.1, you can survive a few quiet spots.
Irish Pride actually put together a fairly balanced lineup. Christian McCaffrey led Rich with 17.6, Josh Allen scored 16.46, Javonte Williams added 16.3, Davante Adams had 14.7 and Evan McPherson contributed 11.0. The problem wasn’t necessarily who Rich started everywhere else.
It was the quarterback he didn’t.
Brock Purdy scored 39.28 points on the Irish Pride bench—the QB1 performance of Week 3. That’s 22.82 more points than Josh Allen, in a matchup Irish Pride lost by only 9.14.
You can probably see where this is going.
🏆 THE POSTGAME HARDWARE
💪 PLAYER OF THE GAME — Bijan Robinson
34.3 points. RB2. Bijan carried the ball 29 times for 194 yards and two touchdowns, finishing just 0.1 behind Jahmyr Gibbs for the week’s RB1 crown. With the defending champs staring at 0-3, Bijan delivered exactly when they needed him.
🎯 THE RIGHT BUTTON AWARD — Tyler Shough
31.8 points. QB4. Four passing touchdowns, 255 passing yards and another 36 on the ground. Tim needed a quarterback performance, and Shough gave him one of the four best of Week 3.
😬 DUD OF THE GAME — Dalton Schultz
3.0 points. Schultz was the lowest-scoring offensive starter for Irish Pride. In a matchup decided by 9.14 points, getting only three from the tight end spot certainly didn’t help.
🪑 BENCH BLUNDER OF THE WEEK — Brock Purdy
Now this is where a bench player belongs.
Purdy exploded for 39.28 points and finished as QB1, while Josh Allen scored 16.46 in Rich’s starting lineup. That’s a difference of 22.82 points.
Starting Purdy would’ve moved Irish Pride from 102.56 to 125.38, enough to beat Midway’s 111.70.
There are questionable lineup decisions.
There are painful lineup decisions.
And then there’s watching QB1 score 39.28 from your bench while you lose by 9.14. 😬
📊 CRAZY STAT
Midway’s Tyler Shough and Bijan Robinson combined for 66.1 points, accounting for 59.2% of the Monsters’ 111.70 total.
And Rich probably doesn’t need anyone reminding him what Brock Purdy scored.
So naturally, we just did. 😂
🌮 TACOMAN KEEPS ROLLING
Tacoman9000 114.18 — Miami Jesters 69.58
Three weeks.
Three wins.
Hector’s Tacoman9000 is becoming one of the early stories of the 2026 season, and this one wasn’t particularly stressful.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba exploded for 26.36 points and finished as the WR1 of Week 3. George Kittle added 20.2 and Garrett Wilson finished with 17.7, giving Hector three pass catchers who combined for 64.26 points.
That’s particularly impressive considering Jalen Hurts produced only 12.62, D’Andre Swift scored 8.8 and the Eagles D/ST contributed absolutely nothing.
It didn’t matter.
Miami simply couldn’t keep pace. Jordan Love’s 23.48 and James Cook’s 20.4—RB4 for the week—accounted for most of the Jesters’ offense. Justin Jefferson managed only 3.2, De’Von Achane scored 1.7 and the Patriots D/ST actually contributed minus-1.
🏆 THE POSTGAME HARDWARE
🌮 TACO SUPREME — Jaxon Smith-Njigba
26.36 points. WR1. Ten catches, 128 yards, two touchdowns—and he even completed a 14-yard pass because apparently catching the football wasn’t enough.
📡 CONNECTION ESTABLISHED — George Kittle
Kittle’s 20.2 points gave Hector another major weapon in a lineup that didn’t need much help this week.
🤡 DUD OF THE GAME — Justin Jefferson
A player capable of taking over any matchup finished with 3.2 points.
Miami needed Superman.
They got Clark Kent.
🪑 NO HARM, NO FOUL — Matthew Stafford
Stafford scored 25.9 on Hector’s bench while Hurts produced 12.62.
That’s the type of lineup decision that normally ruins your Monday morning.
Winning by 44.6 tends to improve the mood.
📊 CRAZY STAT
Jordan Love and James Cook combined for 43.88 of Miami’s 69.58 points.
The Jesters’ other seven starting spots combined for just 25.7.
Hector leaves Week 3 at 3-0.
Miami leaves at 0-3.
Those are two very different September vibes.
⚔️ DARQUE FINALLY GETS JOE BUCK
Darque Warriors 106.88 — Joe Buck Yourself 65.04
It took until 2026, but Brad can finally cross this one off the list.
For the first time ever, the Darque Warriors have defeated Joe Buck Yourself.
And apparently Brad decided that if he was finally going to do it, there wasn’t much reason to make it close.
Darque rolled to a 106.88–65.04 victory, with Joe Burrow leading the way at 28.58. Harold Fannin Jr. delivered a huge 17.1 from the tight end spot, Ja’Marr Chase added 15.8 and Chris Olave contributed 11.7. There wasn’t one massive 35-point explosion—the Warriors simply got enough production throughout the lineup while JBY’s roster collapsed around Justin Herbert and Kyren Williams.
Dennis had only two starters reach double digits: Herbert at 14.74 and Williams at 15.8. Malik Nabers scored 2.6, Isaiah Likely 1.3, Omarion Hampton 5.6 and Chase Brown 6.9.
And because a 41-point loss apparently wasn’t painful enough, Trevor Lawrence scored 25.78 on the bench.
🏆 THE POSTGAME HARDWARE
⚔️ THE ZERO IS GONE AWARD — Brad
First win ever against Joe Buck Yourself.
Brad waited years for this one and then won by 41.84 points.
Apparently subtlety wasn’t part of the plan.
🎯 PLAYER OF THE GAME — Joe Burrow
Burrow’s 28.58 points were the biggest performance in Darque’s lineup and gave Brad a steady advantage at quarterback.
🎁 WHERE DID THAT COME FROM? — Harold Fannin Jr.
17.1 points from the tight end spot provided exactly the kind of unexpected production that turns a win into a rout.
🪦 DUD OF THE GAME — Malik Nabers
2.6 points from a starting receiver is painful enough.
Doing it while your team scores 65.04 is just piling on.
🪑 IRRELEVANT MISTAKE OF THE WEEK — Trevor Lawrence
Lawrence scored 25.78 on Dennis’ bench while Herbert produced 14.74.
Normally leaving 11.04 extra quarterback points on the bench would haunt a manager.
Losing by 41.84 really takes the pressure off. 😂

Joe Buck Yourself’s 65.04 points were the lowest team score of Week 3.
Darque finally has its first victory over JBY.
Dennis probably wishes Brad had waited one more year.
🎰 GAMBLERS STAY PERFECT AND SINK THE SCALLYWAGS
Green Bay Gamblers 92.84 — Scallywags 83.54
It wasn’t pretty.
It didn’t need to be.
Corey’s Green Bay Gamblers survived the lowest-scoring winning performance of Week 3, beating McE’s Scallywags 92.84–83.54 and joining Tacoman as the only teams still sitting at 3-0.
Lamar Jackson led the Gamblers with 24.44, while Kenneth Walker III scored 19.3 and finished RB5. Tee Higgins added 15.0, and that was enough because the Scallywags couldn’t find consistent production beyond a few players.
Derrick Henry scored 20.9 and finished RB3, Jeremiyah Love added 16.9 and Patrick Mahomes contributed 19.94. Those three combined for 57.74 points.
The rest of McE’s starting lineup?
Not so much.
Dalton Kincaid scored 1.8, the 49ers D/ST produced 1.0 and Trey Smack added another 1.0. That’s 3.8 combined points from three starting positions in a game decided by 9.3.

Tacoman takes over the #1 spot because Hector has the most points among the two remaining 3-0 teams: 357.56 to Corey’s 290.70.
The Pimps actually lead the entire league in scoring with 363.90 points, but their loss to the Top Dawgs drops them behind the two undefeated teams.
And then there’s Scott. The Top Dawgs are 1-2 but have 351.98 points, the third-most points in the entire league—more than every team except the Pimps and Tacoman. That’s some early-season schedule cruelty.
At the other end, Miami and JBY are the only remaining winless teams at 0-3, while the defending champion Midway Monsters move up to 1-2 with their first victory.
