Sometimes everything feels right in the world. We believe that this is one of those times, as the Top Dawgs sit atop the league. The Jesters and Pimps are right there too, at 2-0.

Darque Warriors, Joe Buck Yourself, and TacoMan are at the starting blocks still, waiting for the signal to start. Is anyone gonna tell them we already did?

Well, Week 3 has some big matchups here. The Dawgs face the Irish in a rematch of the championship game. Two undefeated teams play each other (Jesters, Pimps). And two winless teams play each other (Darque Warriors, TacoMan).

As for the rest, they are looking to prove themselves and jockey their way to the top of the board.

Good luck!

Game of the week

☘️ Irish Pride (1-1) vs. 🐕 Top Dawgs (2-0)

It’s a clash of tradition and momentum as Irish Pride, last year’s champions, look to reassert their dominance against the undefeated Top Dawgs, who are barking their way to the top of the standings.

Irish Pride come into this one with Jalen Hurts steering the ship, projected for 23.2 points against the Rams. He’s joined by rookie Bucky Irving, who’s been a pleasant surprise in Tampa Bay, and fantasy juggernaut Bijan Robinson, who could easily be the Pride’s game-changer this week. Terry McLaurin and Keenan Allen bring reliability in the passing game, while Javonte Williams hopes to get rolling against Chicago. The Pride are built for balance, but they’ll need a couple of those players to overperform if they want to hang with the Dawgs’ firepower.

Speaking of firepower, Top Dawgs are locked and loaded. Lamar Jackson is projected to light up Detroit with nearly 28 points, while Christian McCaffrey continues to play cheat code at running back. Ja’Marr Chase and DK Metcalf headline a dangerous receiver duo that could put this one out of reach early. Even kicker Brandon Aubrey is projected for big points—because apparently, when the Dawgs score, everybody eats. Sitting at 2-0, this team looks every bit the part of an early-season juggernaut.

The projections tell the story of a tight battle:

  • Irish Pride: 107.4
  • Top Dawgs: 110.1

It’s a narrow edge for the Dawgs, but fantasy football loves chaos. If Hurts and Bijan both go off, Irish Pride could remind everyone why they were champs last season. But if McCaffrey and Lamar play to expectations, the Dawgs might just keep their undefeated record intact.

X-Factor for Irish Pride: Bijan Robinson — if he rips apart Carolina, Irish Pride’s upset bid gets real.
X-Factor for Top Dawgs: Ja’Marr Chase — if he finally has that breakout week, this one won’t even be close.

📌 Prediction: Top Dawgs stay perfect, taking down Irish Pride in a hard-fought 115–108 showdown.

ESPN is giving the edge to the Dawgs and that makes sense. They’re good! Go Dawgs!!

🤡 Miami Jesters (2-0) vs. 💎 The Pimps (2-0)

It’s Week 3, and the spotlight is shining bright on two undefeated heavyweights. The Miami Jesters and The Pimps both roll in at 2-0, and something’s gotta give. With projections practically dead even (110.6 to 110.2), this matchup is shaping up to be a coin flip thriller where every catch, every yard, and every extra point could tip the scales.

🤡 Miami Jesters Outlook

The Jesters are bringing the chaos, led by Kyler Murray, who’s finally healthy and ready to play backyard football against the 49ers. Their backfield is explosive, with De’Von Achane’s speed and Derrick Henry’s bulldozing power creating a nasty one-two punch. Rookie wideouts Malik Nabers and Rome Odunze give this team some fresh swagger, while T.J. Hockenson at tight end brings steady hands. Throw in the Seahawks’ defense and the always-reliable leg of Jake Elliott, and you’ve got a lineup that can clown you one minute and crush you the next.

💎 The Pimps Outlook

The Pimps, meanwhile, aren’t messing around. They’ve got Patrick Mahomes, the fantasy cheat code, and a ground game powered by Jonathan Taylor and Kyren Williams. Nico Collins and Zay Flowers headline the receiving corps, with George Pickens lurking as a big-play threat. Tucker Kraft at tight end may be the wild card, but the real swing factor could be the Commanders defense, which has feasted on turnovers so far. Add kicker Tyler Lopp, and you’ve got a squad that can pile on points in a hurry.

X-Factor: Undefeated Ego Clash

Both squads are 2-0, and neither wants to give up that perfect record. Will the Jesters’ balanced attack and rookie swagger be enough, or will Mahomes and the Pimps keep their foot on the gas? The egos are big, the stakes are bigger, and the loser’s walking away humbled.

Prediction

This one’s too close to call — the numbers say even, and the talent is stacked on both sides. But in tight games, superstars matter most.

Final Call: Mahomes works his magic late, and The Pimps edge it out 114-110 to stay undefeated.

🏴‍☠️ Swashbuckling Scallywags (1-1) vs. 👹 Midway Monsters (1-1)

The Swashbuckling Scallywags and the Midway Monsters are set to duel in a Week 3 showdown that promises more drama than a soap opera marathon. On paper, it’s a tight contest — projections give the Monsters a slight edge (107.1 to 98.6), but when these two teams collide, numbers tend to go overboard.

History Lesson: Ties, Tallies, and Tall Tales

The Monsters hold a commanding 15-10-1 lead in this all-time series. And yes, that “1” isn’t a typo — they played in the only tie in league history. While most fantasy managers still tell horror stories of losing by half a point, these two legends of mediocrity once found a way to make it perfectly even. Some say it was fate; others say it was laziness. Either way, it’s a record that may never be broken… or matched.

🏴‍☠️ Scallywags Outlook

This pirate crew comes into battle armed with Josh Allen, the cannon-armed QB who can sink opponents in a single quarter. The wideout duo of Puka Nacua and Khalil Shakir looks solid, while Sam LaPorta at tight end might be the best-kept treasure chest in the lineup. The key lies in whether Kenneth Walker II and Cooper Kupp can hoist the sails — if they shine, the Scallywags can plunder an upset.

👹 Monsters Outlook

The Midway Monsters look ready to stomp. CeeDee Lamb and Amon-Ra St. Brown are wide receivers who can turn any game into a highlight reel. James Cook and David Montgomery bring ground-and-pound stability, while rookie QB Caleb Williams adds that “could explode or implode” factor. Oh, and don’t forget the Monsters’ secret weapon: the 49ers defense. That unit alone can turn opponents into fantasy roadkill.

X-Factor: The Curse of the Tie

Every time these two teams meet, there’s a whisper of the infamous tie. Could history repeat itself? Probably not. But if both kickers miss chip shots late on Sunday, don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Prediction

The Monsters have the historical edge, the projections, and the defense of doom. But the Scallywags thrive in chaos, and Josh Allen loves nothing more than torching expectations. Expect fireworks, drama, and maybe even a few choice swear words from both owners.

Final Call: Monsters squeak out a close one, 109-103… but the Scallywags keep it interesting until the final whistle.

🎙️ Joe Buck Yourself (0-2) vs. 🎲 Green Bay Gamblers (1-1)

It’s a showdown between two very different storylines. Joe Buck Yourself comes in at 0-2, desperate to get into the win column, while the Green Bay Gamblers are looking to keep their season steady at 2-1. History says JBY knows how to handle this matchup — last year, Joe Buck Yourself blew the Gamblers off the board by 45 points. But past success doesn’t always pay the rent in fantasy football.

🎙️ Joe Buck Yourself Outlook

This team is 0-2, but they’ve still got some dangerous weapons. Trevor Lawrence is looking to carve up the Texans’ defense, while Josh Jacobs and Jaxon Smith-Njigba provide balance. Rookie WR Emeka Egbuka could be a sneaky X-factor if he breaks loose, while Tyler Warren at tight end is starting to build chemistry in Pittsburgh. The Packers defense gives this lineup some bite, and kicker Harrison Butker is about as automatic as they come. Don’t let the record fool you — this squad can explode.

🎲 Green Bay Gamblers Outlook

The Gamblers are built like their name — high risk, high reward. Bo Nix has shown flashes, and pairing him with Davante Adams is like playing pocket aces. Add in James Conner, Saquon Barkley, and Travis Etienne Jr., and you’ve got a three-headed monster that can rack up serious points on the ground. Drake London brings size and red-zone upside, while the Buccaneers D/ST will try to keep things steady. It’s a roster that can put up fireworks… or snake eyes.

X-Factor: The Ghost of 45

The last time these two clashed, Joe Buck Yourself won by 45 points, and you can bet GBG hasn’t forgotten. Revenge games are real, even in fantasy, and the Gamblers will be looking to settle that score.

Prediction

The Gamblers may have the deeper stable of running backs, but Joe Buck Yourself is too hungry to fall to 0-3. Expect Trevor Lawrence to finally deliver a big performance and the Packers defense to make life tough on Cleveland.

Final Call: Joe Buck Yourself rallies for their first win of the year, 108-101.

🐺 Darque Warriors (0-2) vs. 🌮 Tacoman9000 (0-2)

Two teams enter… and one will finally crawl out of the dreaded 0-2 basement. The Darque Warriors and Tacoman9000 both sit winless, and this Week 3 battle is more than just about pride — it’s survival. With projections favoring Tacoman9000 107.1 to 99.2, the Warriors will have to fight tooth and claw to keep pace.

🐺 Darque Warriors Outlook

The Warriors are desperate for their first W, and they’ll lean on the electric playmaking of A.J. Brown and Garrett Wilson to get it done. Jahmyr Gibbs brings explosiveness out of the backfield, while Alvin Kamara’s return adds some much-needed firepower to the flex. If rookie QB Jayden Daniels is healthy enough to play, he could be the spark the Warriors need. But their margin for error is thin — they’ll need every star to shine.

🌮 Tacoman9000 Outlook

Tacoman9000 might be winless, but they’ve got a lineup that screams upside. Justin Herbert brings the arm, and pairing him with the unstoppable Justin Jefferson is a weekly highlight reel waiting to happen. Add in Tony Pollard and Jaylen Warren grinding on the ground, plus breakout tight end Trey McBride, and you’ve got a spicy taco plate ready to explode. Oh, and let’s not forget the Bills defense — capable of turning a game with one big play.

X-Factor: Hungry for a Win

Both teams sit at 0-2, which means desperation will be high. Will the Warriors’ star receivers finally erupt, or will Tacoman9000’s balanced attack be too much to handle? Somebody’s walking out with relief, and somebody else will be sinking into a dark, depressing 0-3 hole.

Prediction

It’s going to be closer than the projections suggest, but the firepower of Herbert-to-Jefferson is tough to bet against.

Final Call: Tacoman9000 gets their first victory, 110-101.
